IT Systems & Cloud Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Systems & Cloud Administrator to ensure the stability, performance and availability of our internal IT infrastructure across both cloud and on‑premise environments. You will join a fast‑growing team that values continuous learning, collaboration and the freedom to work hybrid from Barcelona or remotely anywhere in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise internal IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage security, compliance and IT governance initiatives.
• Oversee, maintain and enhance internal applications and tooling.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to improve the IT environment.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date documentation, guidelines and operating procedures.
• Support daily operational needs and proactively drive technical improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations or a similar technical role.
• Ability to translate requirements into concrete actions and work effectively with external providers.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a practical, hands‑on approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit.
