Junior IT Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Support professional to join our Madrid office. The role provides first‑ and second‑level assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, printers and core business applications. You will work in a fast‑paced media‑technology environment supporting a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level technical support for hardware, software and basic network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems and standard business applications.
• Assist with setup, configuration and deployment of workstations, peripherals and software.
• Manage user accounts during onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Apply system updates, patches and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Document incidents, solutions and procedures in the IT knowledge base.
• Provide basic training and guidance to end users on IT tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with local and global IT teams on projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cinema/film and the media industry.
• Previous experience in an IT Support, Help Desk or similar entry‑level role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and common software applications.
• Willingness to learn troubleshooting methodologies and IT support best practices.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
