Junior SOC Analyst (SIEM) – Remote (Morocco)

About the role

Kapres Technology is seeking a Junior SOC Analyst to join its Security Operations Center. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Morocco while supporting our clients' security monitoring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SIEM alerts and investigate potential security incidents.
• Perform initial triage, escalation, and documentation of incidents.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to improve detection rules and response procedures.
• Participate in a mandatory two‑month training program before assuming full responsibilities.
• Work night shifts (11 PM–8 AM and 3 PM–12 AM) to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a strong interest in cybersecurity.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to complete an unpaid two‑month training period.
• Ability to work night‑shift schedules.
• Residency in Morocco.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with SIEM platforms.
