Learning & Development / Culture Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development / Culture Manager will design, promote, and implement the learning, development, and organizational culture strategy for the AB Living Group within SHA. This role ensures that individual growth aligns with business expansion while maintaining the high standards of service, hospitality, and care across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a global Learning & Development strategy aligned with the group’s strategic objectives.
• Develop training and talent development programs for all organizational levels.
• Create initiatives that reinforce SHA’s corporate culture and values across markets.
• Lead leadership development programs for current and future managers.
• Identify training needs through diagnostics and competency analysis.
• Design learning pathways and professional development plans for various employee groups.
• Promote onboarding and culture programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Coordinate employee engagement and experience initiatives.
• Implement innovative learning tools such as microlearning, blended learning, and learning journeys.
• Measure training impact using L&D KPIs and adjust programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align talent development with business needs.
