About the role

Expleo is looking for a Technical Leader in Aerospace Quality to drive product and process conformity in its Illescas plant. You will be the technical reference for the quality team, ensuring operational excellence and effective resolution of deviations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for the quality team, guaranteeing correct execution of QCM activities.
• Lead technical management of product and process conformity, providing expertise on non‑conformities, concessions and deviations.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, problem solving and operational surveillance.
• Supervise process control, industrial verifications and validations.
• Review and validate instructions, procedures, quality reports and evidences.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions until closure.
• Participate in audits, performance reviews and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper use of quality tools and systems.

Required profile

• Higher technical education.
• Solid experience in industrial quality and conformity management, preferably in aerospace.
• Deep knowledge of quality methodologies and advanced problem‑solving.
• Technical leadership, decision‑making ability and strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional level of technical English.
