Main Missions

• Optimize rider support operations for the Spanish market to enhance service efficiency and quality.
• Support the evolution and deployment of new rider business models and service processes.
• Identify operational gaps and design improved service workflows to streamline support.
• Drive key performance indicators including contact rate, rider satisfaction (CSAT), supply efficiency, and service costs.
• Act as a strategic bridge between Supply Operations and Marketplace Experience teams.
• Ensure all support processes remain compliant with Spanish regulatory requirements.
• Scale successful local initiatives and adapt new models to other international markets when required.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or marketplace management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational improvements.
• Problem-solving expert capable of navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communicator able to bridge the gap between technical operations and customer experience teams.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive large-scale change.
