Production Manager Lead – Live Event Operations

About the role

BRESH Europe is seeking an experienced Production Manager Lead to own the end‑to‑end operational excellence of every BRESH show across Europe. This high‑impact, on‑site leadership position will drive planning, execution, and quality for large‑scale live events.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee correct operational execution of each show, ensuring compliance with the BRESH production rider.
• Oversee audience flow, bar service, artist areas, and overall venue functionality.
• Act as the final on‑ground authority, making real‑time decisions to resolve issues and maintain standards.
• Ensure safety of staff, contractors, crew, and the public, maintaining compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Build, manage, and develop the European Production Manager team, defining operational standards and playbooks.
• Travel to key events to support the team, oversee shows, and step in when required.
• Own budgeting for European shows, drive cost optimisation, and track production spend.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in live event production, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale shows (1,000+ capacity) across multiple European markets.
• Deep knowledge of event safety regulations in at least one major European territory.
• Strong people‑management skills, highly organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
