Program & Change Acceleration Consultant

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Program & Change Acceleration Consultant to help organisations adopt AI tools and digital platforms. You will work on strategic transformation projects, shaping the future of work for clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement change management strategies for digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools such as M365 Copilot and Gemini Workplace.
• Support the deployment and integration of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce.
• Develop internal communication plans, training programs, and cultural change initiatives.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across departments and organisational levels.
• Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, HR, Digital Adoption or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in change management, digital transformation or technology implementation.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.
