Senior Project Manager – Workday Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale Workday implementation projects in a global, technology‑focused organization. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring HR technology solutions align with business objectives and support a diverse, worldwide workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, schedule, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to track progress and meet timelines.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support budget management and resource allocation.
• Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Document requirements, changes, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
• Promote project‑management best practices and methodologies.
• Coach team members on Agile principles to improve performance.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in HCM system implementations, preferably Workday.
• Proven track record leading complex, international HR technology projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
