QA Engineer – Hybrid role in Granada

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support our client Fusion for Energy in Granada, Spain. The position is offered through ATG Europe and follows a hybrid model – four days on‑site and one day remote each week. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and the overall Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and continuous improvement of QC procedures.
• Perform QC inspections and supervise related activities.
• Assist in developing and updating the Quality Management System, focusing on QC aspects.
• Manage non‑conformities, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and follow up on supply‑chain quality points.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience defining and coordinating QC activities.
• At least 5 years supervising QC and supply‑chain follow‑up.
• 3 years experience developing QMS procedures.
• Proven ability to handle non‑conformities and corrective actions.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU and fluency in English.
