Quality Assurance Warehouse Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Warehouse Officer will work in the ZAL Services logistic warehouse in Seville, supporting the A400M material quality checks for the MRO network. The role is part of the Quality Material Services department and focuses on ensuring that all incoming and outgoing material complies with Airbus and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Qualified acceptance of material deliveries, performing incoming/outgoing inspections.
• Check and validate delivered information against customer orders and CoC data.
• Create and resolve discrepancies in Airbus systems, issuing ZK‑labels and required documentation.
• Lead resolution of quality issues, drive continuous‑improvement projects and maintain KPI scorecards.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions, customer claims and back‑office support.
• Coordinate with Airbus support centres and quality representatives.
• Conduct investigations, root‑cause analysis and practical problem solving (PPS, CNQ).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Part 21, Part 145) and maintain the integrity of the quality system.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in material handling, quality inspection or MRO environments.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
