Quality Management Systems Specialist

About the role

LEAR Valls manufacturing plant, a global leader in automotive technology, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Specialist. The role focuses on maintaining, developing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet corporate, customer, and certification requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and industry standards.
• Ensure documentation, procedures, and internal processes stay aligned with customer and certification requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, coordinating preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate management of non‑conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Train and support the organization on QMS requirements, methodologies, and quality tools.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably in the automotive or electronics industry.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
