Recruiter – AWS EMEA Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join AWS Talent Acquisition as a Full‑Lifecycle Recruiter supporting the EMEA region. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple teams, building diverse pipelines and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build high‑quality, diverse talent pipelines across multiple teams and roles using events, conferences, online communities, referrals and career portals.
• Apply data and domain expertise to identify, engage and assess candidates for complex, multi‑team requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve job descriptions, messaging and value propositions, and coach them on sourcing and interview best practices.
• Own recruiting projects that enhance hiring metrics such as pipeline activity, conversion rates, candidate experience and time‑to‑fill.
• Monitor external talent trends, competitor intelligence and mitigate pipeline risks.
• Mentor newer team members and drive timely decision‑making throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑lifecycle recruiter, preferably in technology or cloud‑computing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage diverse talent at various seniority levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to refine strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
