About the role

Join a leading luxury fashion house as a Sales Assistant in Madrid. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, helping customers discover the product universe while contributing to the store’s turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs and guide them through the selling ceremony.
• Present products, explain the brand story and recommend complementary items.
• Finalize sales, process exchanges and manage special orders.
• Build lasting customer relationships and ensure personalized follow‑up.
• Collaborate on stock management, restocking and inventory tasks.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure product shelving complies with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail, especially with shoes.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and hospitality techniques.
• Excellent presentation and oral communication skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, team‑oriented.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
