Sales Assistant – Madrid

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Madrid store, representing the Bimba y Lola brand and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, guiding them from entry to final purchase.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism.
• Perform stock counting, control, and organise deliveries.
• Maintain the stockroom and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Arrange products on the shop floor according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate on visual changes, window displays and seasonal layouts.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
• Strong interest in fashion and a good sense of style.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, reliability and a proactive approach.
