About the role
We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to lead strategic account management for major enterprise clients in Spain, primarily within regulated sectors such as pharma and biotech. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth through renewals, upselling and cross‑sell initiatives while ensuring consistent delivery of value.
Key responsibilities
- Own strategic client relationships and revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Manage and expand enterprise accounts, focusing on pharma and biotech.
- Drive renewals, upsells and cross‑sell opportunities across the portfolio.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with commercial goals.
- Lead executive‑level discussions, negotiations and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify white‑space opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery, technical and leadership teams to align commercial and operational execution.
- Monitor account health, forecast revenue and proactively mitigate risks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in strategic account management within consulting, technology, data or software environments.
- Track record of growing enterprise relationships and delivering commercial results.
- Comfort operating autonomously in fast‑moving, ambiguous contexts.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Background in consulting, SaaS, data, AI or professional services is preferred.
- Pharma or biotech experience is a strong plus.
