Social Ads & Creative Strategist

About the role

Keyweo is looking for a Social Ads & Creative Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will operate autonomously on social accounts while collaborating closely with the SEA team to deliver multi‑channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design full‑funnel social ad strategies (acquisition, retargeting, retention) and create detailed creative briefs.
• Implement, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Conduct continuous benchmarking (Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center) and innovate creative angles.
• Apply scientific creative testing to isolate variables (hook, message, CTA) and maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with SEA consultants to propose integrated multi‑channel acquisition plans.
• Audit client UX, landing pages and conversion funnels; support tracking implementation (GA4, GTM, Pixel).
• Build automated reporting dashboards in Looker Studio and lead regular client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for small to medium budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, margin and profitability.
• Ability to work independently and communicate strategic recommendations to clients.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced agency environment.
