About the role
As a Senior Account Manager you will own a mixed portfolio of strategic accounts across Europe for a fast‑growing VC‑backed SaaS business delivering data and intelligence to the energy sector. You will be responsible for client retention, expansion and long‑term health, making a tangible impact on the clean‑energy transition.
Key responsibilities
- Own net revenue retention for your portfolio, meeting renewal and expansion targets.
- Develop and execute detailed account plans, identifying growth opportunities and risks.
- Lead commercial negotiations on renewals and upsells across multi‑stakeholder processes.
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Represent the voice of the customer, feeding insights to senior leadership and product teams.
Required profile
- 5+ years of strategic account management experience, preferably in SaaS, data or market intelligence.
- Proven track record of driving retention and expansion in a complex book of business.
- Strong credibility with senior and executive‑level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with European energy markets or renewables.
