Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design realistic consulting scenarios that will train advanced AI systems. The role is remote, project‑based and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured tasks and evaluation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed, industry‑specific consulting project environments, including financials, constraints and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that mimic real client work for AI agents.
• Create grading rubrics, evaluation criteria and golden‑answer solutions to enable large‑language‑model based assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with data‑generation and ML teams to ensure scenarios are aligned with AI training pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
