Transport & Customs Specialist

About the role

LOEWE is seeking a Transport & Customs Specialist to join its Global Transport & Customs team. Reporting to the Global Transport & Customs Manager, you will support the company’s import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise import and export processes.
• Prepare, review, and validate customs documentation.
• Coordinate clearances with customs agents, freight forwarders, and official bodies.
• Ensure compliance with national and international customs regulations.
• Classify goods using HS codes and manage tariff classifications.
• Handle certificates of origin, Incoterms, and customs regimes.
• Resolve customs incidents and follow up on inspections.
• Maintain up‑to‑date regulatory and normative information.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs management.
• Training or knowledge in International Trade or Logistics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• High knowledge of Spanish and European customs regulations.
• Familiarity with TARIC, intra‑community VAT, and Incoterms.
• Experience with HS code classification.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing customs documentation.
