Warehouse Assistant – Valencia or Barcelona

About the role

Join COSCO Shipping Lines (Spain) S.A. as a Warehouse Assistant, supporting daily operations in either Valencia or Barcelona. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient workflow, accurate inventory, and smooth coordination with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse activities to guarantee efficient workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and keep precise stock control records.
• Organise and manage transport activities linked to warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments for seamless order processing.
• Identify potential stock issues early and implement preventive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards.

Required profile

• First experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination is an advantage.
• Strong ability to anticipate and resolve stock and supply issues proactively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
