About the role
Deel is looking for a Customer Operations Manager II who speaks French to be the face and voice of the company for its clients. In this role you will build genuine, long‑lasting relationships, turn those relationships into revenue opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor on operational and product matters.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships both internally and externally.
- Convert relationships into long‑term revenue growth for Deel.
- Provide strategic guidance on operational and product‑related issues as a trusted advisor.
- Champion new products and capabilities within the client organization.
- Advocate for client needs across Deel to drive product adoption and expansion.
Required profile
- Passionate business builder who thrives on complex, ambiguous problems.
- Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves to deliver projects.
- Generalist mindset comfortable diving into data for insights.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
