Account Manager – French Market

About the role

Amenitiz is looking for an Account Manager for the French market in Barcelona. The role strengthens customer relationships, boosts product adoption and increases Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across a portfolio of clients, while keeping a positive revenue retention rate and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through strategic upsell initiatives that maximise MRR
• Enhance customer retention by proactively engaging with customers
• Increase product adoption by guiding clients through platform features
• Lead high-impact conversations such as video demos and business reviews
• Monitor upsell and retention metrics and refine strategies to meet revenue goals
• Act as a brand ambassador and foster client loyalty

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of experience in account management, sales or customer success, preferably in a SaaS company
• Fluent French and proficient English; Spanish or Italian is a plus
• Client-focused problem solver with a passion for helping clients grow
• Highly organised, able to balance several priorities and driven by results
