Business Development Representative - French Market

About the role

Amenitiz is looking for a Business Development Representative focused on the French market. You own the full sales cycle, from the first outbound contact to a signed contract: prospecting, running demos, handling objections and closing, while managing your pipeline and revenue contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers by call, email and chat, and build a consistent pipeline from scratch
• Understand each prospect's setup, challenges and needs, identify fit and position Amenitiz as relevant to each business
• Run structured, tailored product demos that link features to real business problems
• Handle objections and competitive comparisons, create urgency where earned and close deals
• Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date, forecast reliably and ensure no follow-up slips through
• Share market feedback, objection patterns and competitive insights with Sales leadership and peers

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales (prospecting, demo, closing)
• Native French speaker with a strong level of written and spoken English
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Takes full ownership of pipeline and results, with a structured approach to forecasting and follow-up
• Experience in SaaS or B2B technology is highly valued

Required skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
