Agile Facilitator – Digital Solutions

About the role

As an Agile Facilitator at BASF Digital Hub Madrid, you will support the Agricultural Solutions Digital Factory by guiding cross‑functional teams through agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings, manage time, and document progress to promote efficient workflow and inclusive participation.
• Align new requirements with team capacity, priorities and product goals.
• Identify and address impediments, foster continuous improvement, and manage conflicts while encouraging self‑organization.
• Ensure adherence to the operating model, ways of working and processes, clarifying roles and connecting experts as needed.
• Promote team harmony, skill development and ownership through coaching, training and conflict resolution.
• Track and report performance metrics to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computing or business.
• Experience working with digital teams and leading within agile organizations.
• Proven stakeholder‑management experience, both internal and external.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English.
• Experience analyzing and tracking metrics.
