AI Consultant / Architect – SAP Academy (Madrid)

About the role

As a Technology Consultant in the SAP Academy for Services & Consulting, you will help customers implement and adopt SAP solutions, focusing on AI‑enabled insights across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This early‑career position combines hands‑on project work with structured learning.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a 12‑month learn‑and‑apply academy program with classroom training, simulations and real‑customer engagements.
• Support solution implementation activities, including AI discovery workshops, configuration, integration, testing, cut‑over and go‑live using SAP Activate.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance.
• Contribute to solution architecture and integration points, leveraging SAP BTP services and SAP AI capabilities (AI Core, AI Launchpad, Generative AI, Joule Studio).
• Document AI use cases, define prioritisation frameworks and develop/configure AI solutions with SAP BTP tooling.
• Coordinate delivery activities with SAP internal teams and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and execute testing plans, manage user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and support go‑live preparation.
