AIT Manager – Satellite Business Line

About the role

Airbus Space Systems is seeking an AIT Manager for its Satellite Business Line. The role will coordinate engineering, production and manufacturing engineering to deliver telecommunication satellite programmes, ensuring quality, schedule and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Project Planning for manufacturing activities, including material procurement, assembly tools and MGSE.
• Monitor manufacturing progress, identify critical areas and report project status.
• Prepare, analyse and control the manufacturing budget, manage cost deviations and support new work packages and offers.
• Plan and follow‑up quality gates, manage risk and opportunity assessments.
• Oversee inputs and outputs of Spacecraft Production in Spain and ensure compliance with company, quality and H&S standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in project management, manufacturing and financial analysis.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage workload under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
