About the role

Join a dynamic B2B team supporting one of the largest energy providers in the Nordics. As a Customer Support & Sales Representative you will assist business customers via phone and email, while identifying upselling opportunities and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Deliver professional, high‑quality service to business clients.
• Identify customer needs and actively pursue upselling opportunities.
• Build strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Work towards clear service and sales targets.

Required profile

• Comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Excellent written and spoken Norwegian.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Positive, structured, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and motivated by results.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required.
