Events Specialist - Field Marketing Iberia

About the role

Salesforce is hiring an Events Specialist for its Field Marketing team in Iberia, based in Barcelona. You will plan and deliver marketing events, from large corporate moments to industry conferences, bringing Salesforce to customers and partners across Catalonia and Iberia. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and external agencies so that every event supports business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets and attendee experience, with a focus on Catalonia
• Support major Salesforce events such as World Tours and Innovation Days, with occasional travel to Madrid
• Manage Salesforce participation in industry conferences, sponsorships and partner events
• Work with Sales, Marketing and external agencies to align events with business priorities
• Track and report on event results, attendee engagement and contribution to pipeline and business goals

Required profile

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, with a strong focus on end-to-end event planning and execution
• Proven experience managing event logistics, vendors and budgets
• Experience supporting large-scale corporate events such as roadshows, customer summits or flagship conferences
• Experience managing sponsorships and participation in industry conferences and partner events
• Strong track record working with Sales teams and multiple stakeholders, including external agencies
• Experience tracking and reporting on event results, attendee engagement and pipeline contribution
• Team player who works autonomously and takes ownership, with strong relationship-building, organizational and communication skills
