Inside Account Representative

About the role

As an Inside Account Representative at HP in Las Rozas, you will work closely with Account Executives to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You manage the end-to-end sales cycle for a range of customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to closing the sale.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Build and manage customer relationships to drive business growth
• Analyse sales data and metrics to track performance and guide strategy
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategies for new and existing accounts
• Manage smaller transactional deals independently, from qualification to close, and expand the product portfolio
• Support customers in adopting new products and solutions, and help them grow their business
• Assist with product selection, demonstrations, responses to requests for proposals and updates to sales catalogs
• Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing and technical demonstrations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 4 years of experience in sales and account management
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales pipelines
• Experience in direct sales and working with various stakeholders
• Background in Information Technology or a related technical field highly valued
• Native Catalan and Spanish, high English fluency
