IT Support Specialist – Microsoft Environment (Spain & London travel)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist with solid experience in Microsoft environments. The role is primarily remote from anywhere in Spain, with weekly travel to our London office during the initial project phase to provide on‑site assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support to end users across the organisation.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Support Windows laptops and corporate mobile devices, handling configuration, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Manage user accounts, device provisioning and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with international internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT Support or Systems Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Basic networking and office connectivity understanding.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in an international setting.
• English proficiency at C1 level or native.
