Logistics Controller – Customer Demand & Supply Management

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Controller to ensure smooth flow of customer demand and supply across our network. The role involves close interaction with customers, suppliers and internal teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and avoid stock obsolescence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily and weekly customer demand, ensuring no stoppage.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and track open demands in the system.
• Coordinate new material releases at vendor sites and support design‑change implementation.
• Analyze demand fluctuations and provide short‑ and long‑term forecasts.
• Negotiate order revisions with customers to achieve 100 % service level.
• Provide stock level information to design‑change control and ensure appropriate stock at the CS‑C.
• Manage freight delays, liaise with haulers and 3PLs, and handle emergency/spot orders.
• Support sales administration and customer projects, including plant visits and data provision.
• Maintain system accuracy, resolve errors quickly, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Diploma or university studies.
• Proficient in English (oral and written); French is a plus.
