Luxury Reservation Consultant – French Speaker

About the role

Join Accor’s newly created Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona as a Luxury Reservation Consultant. You will handle inbound calls from guests worldwide, offering personalized recommendations and booking rooms or suites at our luxury hotel brands. Your passion for high‑end hospitality and sales will help turn conversations into bookings and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries in an unscripted, heart‑focused environment.
• Provide authentic, tailored advice on luxury travel experiences and accommodation.
• Reserve rooms, suites, and packages across Accor’s global portfolio.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel properties and promotions.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand guest needs.
• Creative, heart‑centered approach to guest interactions.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and proficient English.
• Team player eager to contribute to a new, dynamic team.
