About the role

Etro, an iconic Italian luxury fashion house, is looking for a part‑time Client Advisor to join its boutique on Calle Serrano in Madrid. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience and sharing Etro’s heritage and style.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, personalized service to customers, helping them discover and purchase Etro collections.
• Explain the Etro selling ceremony and convey the brand’s history and heritage.
• Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and business growth.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Support visual merchandising according to Etro guidelines.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Uphold Etro grooming standards and brand policies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion and luxury.
• Previous experience in a similar fashion retail role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer‑focused attitude.
• Adaptability to diverse client needs and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; additional language(s) a plus.
