Programme Operations Specialist

About the role

The Programme Operations Specialist will drive transformation initiatives across Airbus Defence and Space Spain, ensuring projects, programmes and portfolios align with Space Systems business goals. You will act as the central coordinator for data‑management and digitalisation activities, providing visibility, performance tracking and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation programmes within the TSOY organisation, coordinating all stakeholders in Space Systems Spain.
• Manage BROMO carve‑out and post‑merge integration (PMI) programmes, aligning activities with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and maintain programme documentation, road‑maps and visual management tools to monitor KPIs.
• Oversee the deployment of DDMS and other digital transformation solutions across Airbus Space Systems Spain.
• Facilitate cross‑departmental collaboration to set goals, execute initiatives and improve digital processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the space business, preferably within Airbus Space Spain.
• Strong knowledge of Airbus Space Spain interfaces, processes and digital tools.
• Understanding of the full space business flow: programmes, design, manufacturing, procurement and verification.
• Experience with MRP concepts and SAP environments.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale transformation programmes.
