About the role
The Outlet Assistant Manager supports the Outlet Manager in the daily operation of a restaurant outlet, ensuring service excellence, guest satisfaction and smooth team coordination. Working on the floor as shift leader, the role oversees service teams, maintains brand standards and contributes to a positive, organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations and act as shift leader on the floor.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and HACCP standards.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, special events and outlet activities.
- Guide, train and motivate the service team, supporting recruitment and onboarding of seasonal staff.
- Drive sales through upselling, monitor stock, waste and operational costs.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with culinary, bar and other departments for seamless service.
- Participate in briefings, communicate priorities and act as delegated leader in the manager’s absence.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior team member, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service; basic wine knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
- Hospitality degree or diploma is an advantage.
