Sales Associate – Luxury Retail (Madrid)

About the role

Versace is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join its flagship store on Serrano in Madrid. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an elevated luxury experience to every client while driving sales and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIP clientele.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive client engagement and product knowledge.
• Capture and manage customer data using the store’s CRM system.
• Organise and participate in in‑store events and community outreach programs.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently met.
• Handle stock management tasks such as receiving, transferring, stock‑take and reporting.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail.
• Stylish, fashion‑forward individual with a passion for customer engagement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for customer data management.
