Sales Executive – French Market (Barcelona)

About the role

Click&Boat is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Barcelona office and focus on the French‑speaking market. You will work with warm leads, helping customers find and book boat rentals while ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Understand French‑speaking customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate with boat owners to secure the best deals for customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing and upselling.
• Maintain high conversion rates by applying proven sales strategies.
• Provide post‑booking support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to manage the entire sales process autonomously.
• Team‑player attitude, initiative‑driven and focused on customer satisfaction.
