About the role

Click&Boat is looking for a Sales Executive to join its Barcelona office and focus on the French‑speaking market. You will work with warm leads, helping customers find and book boat rentals while ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

Understand French‑speaking customers' needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
Negotiate with boat owners to secure the best deals for customers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing and upselling.
Maintain high conversion rates by applying proven sales strategies.
Provide post‑booking support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

Native French speaker with fluent English.
1–2 years of successful sales experience.
Ability to manage the entire sales process autonomously.
Team‑player attitude, initiative‑driven and focused on customer satisfaction.
