Join an iconic private members' club located in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. As a Spa & Gym Receptionist, you will be the face of our innovative Health Club, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience for our members and guests in a high-end, vibrant environment.

Missions principales

• Provide a warm and professional welcome, greeting members by name to uphold our luxury standards.
• Manage member lists and coordinate reservations for spa services and personal training sessions.
• Master all operational procedures, service menus, and club offerings to provide expert information.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the reception area.
• Handle real-time problem solving and communicate guest feedback to management to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support the team by managing linen collection and assisting with new hire training on Soho House standards.

Profil recherché

• Ideally up to 2 years of experience in a premium or luxury hospitality establishment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Highly organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Competences requises

• Fluency in English and Spanish (essential).
• Strong communication and customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in managing booking systems and operational workflows.
