Store Manager

About the role

As the ambassador of the Stella McCartney brand, the Store Manager leads a diverse team to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience while meeting both quantitative and qualitative targets. This role is responsible for overall store performance, visual merchandising, product management, and staff development in line with the brand’s Retail Excellence program.

Key responsibilities

• Drive annual sales targets and monitor KPIs daily, weekly and monthly.
• Manage store finances, margins, stock levels and personnel costs to meet budget forecasts.
• Provide feedback to buyers on merchandise performance and ensure optimal sell‑through.
• Motivate, coach and retain staff through regular one‑to‑one meetings, performance appraisals and training.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards for the team.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or fashion retail.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and implement action plans.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Commitment to brand values and ethical standards.
