Technical Representative / TSPOC – H Product Support

About the role

As a member of the Airbus Helicopters (AHE) H Product Support team in Getafe, you will act as the single technical point of contact for Spanish Air Force and Navy H135 fleets. You will provide expert technical assistance, ensure continuing airworthiness, and support the serviceability of in‑service helicopters.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, assess and forward all technical queries from Spanish military end‑users and AHE MRO to the appropriate Airbus technical departments.
• Coordinate internal investigations, deliver technical resolutions, and follow up on queries in line with Spanish Military Airworthiness rules.
• Participate in airworthiness assessments, accident investigations and major incident analyses for H135 aircraft.
• Manage vendor communications and, when required, organise field technical assistance missions at customer bases.
• Support warranty claims, define and implement in‑service modifications, and contribute to the creation of Service Bulletins and Technical Publications.

Required profile

• Strong background in aerospace or helicopter technical support, preferably with experience on H135 or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to react quickly to technical events.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish to interact with military customers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Technical assessment and troubleshooting of helicopter systems.
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and warranty processes.
• Experience with coordinating technical assistance missions.
