Tibco ESB Developer – Digital Campus

About the role

Join the Digital Campus at Airbus Helicopters in Albacete as a Tibco ESB Developer. You will design, develop, and maintain middleware and data pipelines that connect critical business applications, working closely with the API Team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integration workflows, message flows, and data transformations using TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Monitor active integration pipelines, troubleshoot message failures, and resolve bugs in existing TIBCO interfaces.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and senior developers to understand integration requirements and accurately map data fields.
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation for new interfaces, mappings, and deployment steps.

Required profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA), ESB concepts, and message‑oriented middleware.
• Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and XPath.
