About the role

Experience First is looking for passionate storytellers to lead groups of travelers through curated city routes. As a Guide, you will blend factual history with personal anecdotes, hidden gems, and local insights to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and follow set tour routes while adding personal variations when time allows.
• Research and stay updated on city developments, attractions, and cultural nuances.
• Engage diverse groups with entertaining, safety‑focused narratives.
• Check‑in guests via the Experience First Check‑In App and coordinate paperwork with operations.
• Collect guest feedback and act as a brand ambassador before, during, and after tours.
• Collaborate with other Guides to manage busy routes, swap shifts, and ensure smooth logistics.

• Genuine connection to the destination or tour topic.
• Friendly, open personality with strong people‑skills.
• Ability to conduct independent research and craft engaging stories.
• Commitment to guest safety and adaptability to unexpected situations.
• Clear, professional communication and respect for operational processes.
