AI Product Manager

About the role

Prosper AI is looking for an AI Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end success of conversational AI agents deployed in healthcare workflows. You will act as the general manager for a portfolio of AI agents, driving design, performance, customer impact and revenue growth across multiple enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of AI agent designs and deployments, managing commercial success, performance, expansion and ARR.
• Define priorities, success metrics and rollout strategies for each deployment.
• Analyze performance data, diagnose issues and drive rapid improvements.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, identify opportunities and solve operational pain points.
• Partner with engineering, product and operations teams to ship and scale enhancements.
• Build repeatable playbooks and processes across deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, Economics or a similarly rigorous technical field.
• Proven track record in project management, product deployment, operations or management consulting in high‑performance environments.
• Hands‑on experience building or designing software solutions with enough technical depth to work autonomously with engineers and data.
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing technical and business stakeholders, including client C‑suite.
• Leadership experience managing projects, mentoring others or leading high‑performing teams.
