Clinical Specialist, Cataluña y Baleares

About the role

Johnson & Johnson's Cardiovascular team develops solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology and stroke, including heart failure and atrial fibrillation. As Clinical Support Specialist (MedTech Sales, Clinical Sales - Surgeons, Commission), you will give technical and clinical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals across new and established accounts in the Catalonia and Balearic Islands area, working with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and grow market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support to medical professionals on company products and services
• Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrate correct product use
• Visit customer sites regularly to gather product information and assess market conditions
• Evaluate, diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment on service calls, and support upgrades and special service initiatives
• Develop technical packages and documentation, perform technical analysis and follow up on product usage issues
• Answer customer inquiries and explain clinical trial data to support customer education

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronics or a related field, preferably with a specialization in physiology
• Fluent English and strong oral and written communication, organization and time management
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships, analytical thinking and results orientation
• Based in Barcelona and available to travel in the assigned territory

• Preferred: account management, solutions selling, sales training, market knowledge and research

What we offer

• Base pay of EUR 35,000 to 55,315, plus an annual bonus and/or sales commissions
