Data Analyst – Python, SQL & French (Madrid)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Data Analyst who is proficient in Python, SQL and French to join its Madrid team. Working under guidance, you will analyse complex business problems, generate insights for decision‑makers and support both internal project teams and external client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project solutions.
• Identify trends and patterns in large datasets.
• Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs.
• Produce datasets and reports using IQVIA tools, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Manipulate and transform data to optimise analyses.
• Audit own work and that of others to maintain procedural compliance.
• Work with standalone data systems or enterprise‑wide tools for inquiry resolution, data validation and trend analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience, preferably with pharmaceutical data.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities and effective time‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and understand business processes.
