Digital Sales Enablement Manager, Northern Western Europe

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Digital Sales Enablement Manager for Northern Western Europe, based in Barcelona. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. You will enable the Digital Sales Community to improve productivity, sales effectiveness and customer acquisition through enablement, AI adoption, strategic partnerships and continuous skills development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver enablement activities for the Digital Sales Community, working with stakeholders across regions, business units and alliance partners.
• Track participation and completion rates, report regularly and maintain a centralised enablement calendar aligned with local management and the NWE Enablement team.
• Manage alliance partner engagement for digital sales initiatives, including campaigns, incentives, training and joint enablement.
• Drive adoption of key sales tools (Installed Base, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, RingDAS) and complete FY26 Compute and Hybrid Cloud certifications by December 31.
• Help secure alliance partner funding for recurring campaigns and events such as the Sales Cup and regional summits.
• Deliver training on compute and storage solutions, services attach, alliance partner technologies, digital sales tools, sales methodologies and skills, and support the hunting community.
• Promote AI-powered learning and coaching solutions (Bongo, Sales Coach, DataMonsters, Yoodli) and run prompt engineering workshops.
• Achieve assigned quota, maintain a healthy pipeline and meet SFDC hygiene requirements.
