Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system used by more than 675,000 businesses, is looking for a Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations to own the operational backbone of its Spain commercial teams. You will build the systems, insights and processes supporting sustainable growth across Spain and Southern Europe, and act as the local strategy and operations expert for commercial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leadership as the local strategy and operations expert, providing performance and forecasting support, running country QBRs and improving execution.
• Lead revenue strategy and go-to-market initiatives across EMEA, including product-market-fit assessment, product localisation, competitor analysis, win-rate analysis and vertical experimentation.
• Align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance and Legal.
• Use AI-driven tools and automation to improve commercial workflows, reporting and decision-making.
• Work from the Barcelona office three days a week.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience, ideally combining strategy consulting and/or high-growth startup experience with commercial strategy or revenue operations.
• Experience building and running operational processes, systems or tooling end to end.
• Ability to partner with senior commercial stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Track record of ownership, working with data and driving tangible outcomes.
• Preferred: high-growth fintech, financial services or technology experience, complex cross-functional commercial operations, AI tools for commercial workflows, and strong academic record.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, including data modelling and data reporting tools.
• Native or near-native Spanish, able to speak, read, write and understand it.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
