Norwegian Payroll Specialist – Spain

About the role

Join SD Worx as a Norwegian Payroll Specialist based in sunny Spain, delivering end‑to‑end payroll solutions for Norwegian clients while working in an international, learning‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full payroll process for Norwegian clients, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with local regulations.
• Participate in team initiatives to streamline payroll processes and improve service quality using innovative technology.
• Provide expert support and resolve complex payroll queries with precision.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of end‑to‑end payroll experience, including data entry, tax reporting, bank file preparation and vacation pay calculations.
• Proactive, growth‑mindset professional comfortable in dynamic, international environments.
• Fluent in Norwegian (C2) and strong English (B2) with solid knowledge of Norwegian employment law and payroll regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with the SD Worx Payroll Engine (G7) is a strong advantage.
